MUSEUM OF SACRED ART
The museum houses paintings and an important collection of goldsmith, vested, and sacred furniture originated from churches around the city. A flemish tapestry from 1516 that represents The Last Supper is also in the museum along with Lucca silverware from the 1700's.

NATIVE HOUSE OF GIOSUÈ CARDUCCI
The house where the poet Giosuè Carducci was born in 1835 it's only a few kilometers from Pietrasanta in the Valdicastello community. Giosuè Carducci was born on July 27th, 1835 in Valdecastello a small town outside Pietrasanta. The son of a surgeon that practiced his profession in the most central town of Pietrasanta; he and his family moved there when Carducci was only 3 years old: therefore, his native city is said to be Pietrasanta. Under a Royal Act on March 17, 1907 (he died Feb. 16, 1907), his native house was declared a National Monument. In 1912, his house was acquired by the Pietrasanta municipality thanks to signatures gathered by the public. In the house there are memories and relics of Carducci.

MUSEUM OF THE BOZZETTI
Opened in 1984, the museum collects sketches, models and designs of sculptures from Italian and foreign artists that represent the great sculptors of the XX century that worked in small craftman workshops in Versilia.

MUSEUM OF THE CARICATURE
The museum is housed in the Fortino (Forte di Leopoldo I) of Forte dei Marmi. It houses an heritage formed by contemporary and ancient drawings , a library with more than 1,000 specialistic volumes and a multimedial archive. Inside the museum it is possible to admire various temporary expositions alternated following an annual plan.

HISTORIC MUSEUM OF THE RESISTANCE
Inside the museum a seres of illustrative panels show the history of Italy, during the period between the armistice of the 8th of September and the "Liberazione", particularly it tells about the Resistenza's facts in Tuscany and Versilia. The museum preserves documents, pictures, heirlooms, sculptures and paintings about the Resistenza theme.

It encloses a series of ancient findings from all Versilia.

GIACOMO PUCCINI'S VILLA
The Puccini's villa has been transformed into a museum. The rooms are well preserved and contain Puccini memorials and heirlooms of any kind. In a chapel room inside the house there are the sepulchres of Puccini, his wife and son, in another room his shotguns are preserved.
Exteriorly, the building shows a simple and traditional structure, but it has an eclectic character inside.
